Things You Need:

1.Download The Backup File

2.Extract And Copy The "TWRP" Folder To

/Sdcard/ (or)  [Recommended]

/Phone Storage/

3.Rooted Mobile

4.TWRP Recovery

5.Power off Your Mobile Then Press n Hold  "vol up+power" Go To Recovery

6.Press On Restore And Select The Image And Tick on all The Options

7.Just Give a Soft Slide then Restore Starts

8,After Complete Reboot Your Device Thats It

Note- Take a Full Nandroid Backup First from ur Recovery and Contacts too before attempting this..
